Kids+Kids Goat Yoga
Goat Yoga for the whole family!
Is your kiddo an animal lover? Have you heard about goat yoga? This class is a parent/child class (one parent per two children).
Our certified yoga instructor will teach a 30-minute kids goat yoga class with guided movement followed by playtime and snuggles for 30 minutes afterwards. Your visit at Goat Yoga RVA will be photographed throughout to document your special time together!
Digital photo packages and prints will be available for purchase.
What to expect:
Please arrive 10 minutes before class.
Bring water bottle and shirt that covers shoulders and back.
For the safety of the child, and our goats, we prefer children to be 5 years old and comfortable around animals. They should be able to make it through a fun yoga class and not wanter around. The goats do not discriminate who they jump on, so please use your own discretion when bringing a child. Please only two children per parent.
Everyone (parent and child) must have a ticket to participate in class.

Held in a covered and heated space in the colder months.
Each month we host a kids goat yoga class tailored to children 5 to 10 years
This hybrid event features mellow yoga stretches, plenty of goat snuggling, and dedicated goat snack time. There will be ample opportunity for photos and general silliness.
Tickets are required for all attendees. Children must be at least 5 years of age to participate and accompanied by an adult, per our insurance policy.
