This beginner friendly class will give you the basics on making healthy and delicious goat cheese. You will be given the cultures, rennets and molds you need to turn a humble jug of fresh goat milk into decadent cheese.
During the 2 hour class, each participant can choose additional ingredients, like herbs, fruits and honey to incorporate into their cheeses, along with some wine and sampling for a fun interactive afternoon on the farm.
Let’s not forget, we have some adorable goats that will be waiting to snuggle with you too!
Our goat cheese classes begin in April and are typically held every month through October.
