Our regular goat yoga classes are tailored for participants ages 10 and up and are designed to be fun, lighthearted, and welcoming for all levels. Each class includes 45 minutes of guided yoga plus 15 minutes of goat snuggles and photos.
For younger yogis, we also offer a special “Kids + Kid Goats” Yoga Class held once a month. This class is geared toward children and families, blending simple yoga movements with extra playtime and snuggles with our baby goats.
Whether you join us for a regular class or the monthly family session, goat yoga is always about smiles, connection, and making joyful memories. 🌿🧘♀️
Celebrate spooky season with a one-of-a-kind Halloween Goat Yoga experience! This playful class combines beginner-friendly yoga with the fun of our goats dressed up in their Halloween costumes. As you flow through poses, you’ll be surrounded by goats in silly, spooky, and adorable outfits — guaranteed to bring smiles!
