Goat Yoga with Farm-Table-Brunch
Pactamere Farm & Goat Yoga RVA are hosting Sunday goat yoga followed by a delicious brunch! Plan to arrive at 11:15am to check in. Yoga class begins 11:30 (in our heated barn during the cold months) and lasts one hour. During the 45 minute class, your certified instructor will guide you into a series of poses with the assistance of our 22 Nigerian dwarf goat yogis. Following the 45 minute class, you will have 15 minutes of free time to take pictures and enjoy the goat cuddles. Following your yoga session, indulge in a delicious farm-to-table brunch featuring made from scratch Belgian Liege Waffles.
